📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA technical solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors across the US, APAC, and Europe to ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4 HANA and other enterprise systems and end-to-end solutions • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and performance • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions • Stay current with emerging SAP S/4 HANA technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous innovation and technical excellence • Drive technical excellence and innovation • Coach and mentor SAP S/4 HANA Developers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP development, including 2 years working in an SAP S/4 HANA environment • Proficiency in ABAP, CDS Views, OData, Fiori, SAP BTP, C-ALM, and other SAP development tools • Experience working with global teams, particularly in the US, APAC, and Europe • Excellent organizational, collaboration, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Ability to travel up to 15%, including occasional overnight and limited international travel, as business needs require • Previous experience in an SAP S4HANA transformation project is a plus • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication is a plus • Experience leading an ABAP team is a plus
