📋 Description

• Develop marketing messaging and materials translating a complex multimodal data and AI platform into narratives for life sciences and AI developer audiences • Own and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, blog articles, scientific communications, sales collateral, and demo materials • Develop and amplify the leadership team's thought leadership voice • Own Dandelion's presence at industry conferences and life sciences events, including applications, selection, logistics, execution, and follow-up • Coordinate PR opportunities, media pitches, and speaker submissions • Translate internal research and external scientific findings into marketable content with Data and Sales teams • Support executive-facing engagements by scheduling dinners, coordinating meetings, and managing event logistics • Coordinate the marketing calendar, run the content operation, manage events and conference presence, and support product launches • Partner with the leadership team to set marketing direction and strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience • Ideally experience in Healthcare B2B or technically complex environments • Track record of owning marketing execution end-to-end with minimal direction or oversight • Comfortable working directly with senior/executive stakeholders • Resourcefulness and ability to navigate ambiguity and wear multiple hats • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Ability to use AI tools as a core part of the workflow • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a marketing calendar • Life sciences, pharma, or biotech marketing experience preferred • Startup or early-stage company experience preferred • Currently based in the United States • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
