• Evaluate and review disability claims • Conduct advisory-only disability peer reviews • Complete clinical decision-making and determinations/reports • Select services, case types, and review volume according to availability • Complete reviews within the required turnaround time
• Board Certification in OB/GYN • Current, unrestricted medical license • Experience in conducting Disability Peer Reviews preferred • Contract reviewer (1099) arrangement
• Independent consultant role allows for schedule flexibility and predictable work hours; choose services and case types, dictate volume, and conduct work based on scheduled availability • Advisory-only opinions with no doctor/patient relationship and no treatment provided • Typical turnaround time of 3–5 business days depending on review level • Streamlined case flow and user-friendly work portal • Administrative support including communication, medical-record organization, case preparation, and report delivery coordination • Initial training • Ongoing point of contact for questions about completing reviews
