• Conduct virtual neurology visits for new and existing patients, emphasizing memory disorders and dementia care • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions consistent with telehealth standards of care • Partner with NPs and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans, including prescribing therapies • Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in the EMR • Escalate complex or urgent cases according to Local Infusion clinical protocols • Provide high-quality, compassionate virtual care to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment • Help shape the clinical direction and infrastructure of Local Infusion’s virtual neurology clinic
• Neurologist licensed and residing/permitted to practice in CT, NJ, NH, VA, MA, or ME • Active, unrestricted medical license in one or more of the listed states • Board certified/eligible neurologist • Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions • Experience providing and prescribing anti-amyloid therapy and monitoring patients receiving these medications • Prior telehealth experience required • Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) capacity • Excellent communication skills with patients, caregivers, and care teams • Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed
