📋 Description

• Expand profitable sales within the Data Center distribution channel • Grow new business and support existing partners • Collaborate with channel partners to identify and secure new business opportunities • Meet sales and pipeline goals • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and indirect customers • Understand customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and drive profitable growth • Plan and execute sales strategies • Conduct quarterly business reviews • Provide product training for assigned partners • Gather and report market intelligence using CRM software • Provide regular updates to sales management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent industry experience • 3+ years of experience in the data center industry, technical sales (hydraulics/electronics), or a related manufacturing environment • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) • Ability to travel up to 50%, including internationally
