📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and future tenants inquiring, viewing, and applying for Darwin’s homes • Manage the prospective tenant lifecycle from inquiry through tour, application, and lease signing • Represent Darwin Homes as the first point of contact with prospective residents • Answer questions, qualify prospects, and sell property features • Manage the leasing and application process for new residents • Understand prospect needs and create urgency to apply • Diffuse and resolve difficult situations while nurturing relationships • Track communications with prospects and update paperwork and computer systems • Become an expert on the assigned market and represent it virtually • Work some weekends and/or evenings as needed to achieve sales goals

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold a valid and active Real Estate License • At least 2 years of previous property management experience in the single-family or multi-family rental industry • Proven record of success in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment • Strong organizational skills • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing, growth environment • Effective communication in person and via technology with co-workers and team members • Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility and creativity in varied situations • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to set and meet goals and consistently meet deadlines • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
