📋 Description

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on system administration topics, including operating systems, networking, security, and troubleshooting • Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns, and helping them successfully complete coursework • Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises and provide constructive feedback • Collaborate with instructors, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to improve the training program • Provide administrative support related to the training program and learning management system • Help manage and improve the training program • Work within hours between 6am CST and 6pm CST

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree • Minimum 2 years of relevant technical training experience required • Proficiency in operating systems, networking, system security, and troubleshooting • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Healthcare product/vendor experience preferred • Learning Management System (LMS) experience preferred • Demonstrated ability presenting to large groups of people
