📋 Description

• Handle L2 tickets and resolve web stack, email deliverability, configuration, and backup/restore issues at the system level • Identify root causes, implement controlled fixes, and document them clearly • Perform standard changes such as restores, configuration adjustments, and monitoring follow-ups • Escalate more complex cases to specialists using logs, testing, and clear issue scoping • Convert recurring issues into runbooks and checklists • Work in the managed operations of hosting and infrastructure environments

🎯 Requirements

• Linux systems operations: confident with the shell, understanding of services and logs, and ability to modify configurations in a controlled manner • Experience with web servers (e.g., NGINX, Apache), PHP runtimes (e.g., PHP-FPM), databases (e.g., MySQL, MariaDB), and common mail server setups • Knowledge of DNS, SSL/TLS, domain management, rescue environments, consoles, and IPMI • Understanding of the differences between shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers • Structured troubleshooting and documentation skills • Good German and technical English • Experience with hosting control panels such as Plesk is a plus • Experience with virtualization using KVM or Proxmox is a plus • Experience with monitoring tools such as Checkmk or Grafana is a plus • Ansible/Shell scripting skills are a plus • Basic Windows/AD knowledge is a plus
