📋 Description

• Own Agent Management as the single-threaded business owner from first customers to $100M • Align product, engineering, marketing, sales, services, and partners around one plan • Write the go-to-market and category playbook for Agent Management • Report to the CEO and co-founder and work with the CTO and co-founder • Lead a recurring cross-functional forum to review pipeline, launches, and blockers and drive decisions • Own strategy for product priorities, packaging, pricing model, and positioning • Co-own the revenue number with the sales team • Win the first paying customers and develop a repeatable field sales motion • Set route to market across the installed base, new logos, partners, and OEM • Ensure customers see their agents in one place within weeks of signing and use that win to drive expansion • Agree release priorities with Product and Engineering • Position the category with Marketing and Analyst Relations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building a plan to scale a business from zero to $100M • Experience carrying the revenue number for a product line, business unit, new market, or founded company • Ability to pitch to technical buyers, including platform, security, and AI governance teams • Demonstrated ability to align teams toward one business goal with results • Ability to build financial models independently • Ability to explain the product to a CIO • Ability to make fast decisions with incomplete information and adapt based on data • AI-native working style and experience running agents in personal work • US-based or willing to relocate • Ready to travel to customers, partners, and Dataiku offices worldwide
