📋 Description

• Own the new credit economy business as the single-threaded owner with one revenue target and plan • Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and partner teams around the business plan • Report to the CEO and co-founder and work with the CTO and co-founder • Run a recurring cross-functional forum to review pipeline, launches, and blockers and drive decisions • Own business strategy, including market prioritization, packaging, pricing, and growth rate • Share revenue accountability with sales leadership • Make credits the preferred way for customers to commit to Dataiku • Build the credit-focused partner ecosystem through business development with infrastructure and software vendors • Align product strategy and roadmap so capabilities are built, packaged, and metered for consumption • Develop the credit narrative and sales incentives with marketing and sales leadership • Provide customers and account teams with actionable usage reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building an enterprise software business with consumption- or usage-based pricing, including billing, revenue recognition, and compensation • Experience scaling a business from zero to $100M • Experience carrying a revenue number for a product line, business unit, new market, or founded company • Demonstrated results aligning teams toward one business goal • Ability to build financial models independently • Ability to explain products to CIOs • Ability to make fast decisions with incomplete information and adapt based on data • AI-native working approach, including use of models and agents in analysis and operations • Knowledge of AI pricing and purchasing models, including tokens, credits, and committed spend • US-based or willing to relocate • Willingness to travel to customers, partners, and Dataiku offices worldwide
