📋 Description

• Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical status • Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors • Enter accurate data when assigned by team lead • Remotely process electronic medical records through various EMR systems as directed • Work with minimum supervision while responding to changing priorities and role needs • Report technical difficulties as soon as they occur • Meet required CPH (Charts Per Hour) and attendance metrics • Participate in assigned training • Maintain confidentiality to safeguard patients’ rights and comply with company, facility policies, and HIPAA regulations • Read documentation and follow written instructions to ensure compliance and accurate job completion • Report security breaches, unsafe behavior, or site difficulties to leadership • Support a quality-focused service environment • Meet deadlines and respond to emails and information requests promptly • Adhere to company policies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Six months plus Data Entry Experience • EMR experience A+ • Experience in a healthcare environment or release of information setting is strongly preferred • Demonstrate ability to address problems constructively to find acceptable solutions • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail • Computer skills including Windows based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook) • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent detail-orientation and accuracy with high volume environment • Adaptable to changing business environment • Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse group of individuals and collaboratively in a matrixed, cross-departmental remote environment • This job is not eligible for employment sponsorship
