📋 Description

• Make primarily outbound calls to medical provider offices to obtain medical charts on behalf of clients • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies • Handle outbound calls professionally and efficiently • Resolve scheduling issues with provider offices during calls • Log all call transactions in designated computer software systems • Assess and escalate calls as needed • Meet company-set performance goals and KPIs • Use call scripts to encourage medical providers to send charts via onsite technician, fax, mail, provider portal, and other retrieval methods • Respond to questions or concerns from provider offices • Adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct and policies • Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • 2–3 years of Contact Center, outbound call, and/or sales call experience required • 1–2 years of customer service experience required • 1+ year of experience working remotely required • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Clear, pleasant, and professional telephone manner • Ability to interpret and communicate information accurately • Good judgment, patience, and diplomacy • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-based environment • Moderate computer skills, including Windows-based applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to perform basic computer functions • Consistent and reliable attendance • Must be willing to comply with post-offer health screenings and applicable vaccination requirements • This job is not eligible for employment sponsorship
