📋 Description

• Lead operational execution across assigned sites and ensure timely, high-quality, compliant ROI services • Oversee Supervisors and frontline teams • Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity with Workforce Management • Own service delivery performance, including SLAs, quality, cost, and throughput • Analyze KPIs including TAT, OTD, quality, and productivity to identify gaps and develop action plans • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DMPO, UAD, and standardized operational procedures • Coach staff, address performance issues, and support employee growth • Serve as the first point of operational escalation for site-level execution issues • Coordinate with the Network Operations Center on aging, exceptions, and workflow disruptions • Support new-hire training and readiness for centralized training • Maintain a skills matrix and assist with work assignment optimization • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and transformation pilots • Work with VPO to address concerns with Account Management for client communication • Achieve SLA, quality, and cost targets • Improve operational efficiency and scalability, reduce rework and waste, retain engaged teams, and support new technology adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing teams in healthcare operations, HIM, or a large-scale production environment • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop people leaders • Comfort using metrics and dashboards to guide operational decision-making • Strong understanding of HIPAA and regulated workflows • Problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to operational fluctuations • Ability to identify process improvement needs and appropriate solutions • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with NOC, Workforce Planning, Training, and Shared Services • ROI workflow or EMR systems experience is a bonus • Experience leading multi-site teams is a bonus • Experience with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is a bonus • Must be able to work in the United States • This job is not eligible for employment sponsorship
