📋 Description

• Own overall service delivery performance across the assigned portfolio, including SLAs, quality, cost, and throughput • Lead Supervisors and frontline teams delivering compliant ROI services • Manage staffing plans, schedules, and productivity with Workforce Management • Analyze KPIs including TAT, OTD, quality, and productivity to identify gaps and develop action plans • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DMPO, UAD, and standardized procedures • Coach staff, address performance issues, and support employee growth • Serve as the first operational escalation point for site-level execution issues • Coordinate with the Network Operations Center on aging, exceptions, and workflow disruptions • Support new-hire training and readiness for centralized training • Maintain a skills matrix and assist with work assignment optimization • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and transformation pilots • Work with VPO and Account Management on client communication • Achieve SLA, quality, and cost targets; improve efficiency and scalability; reduce rework and waste; support team performance, engagement, and technology adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing teams in healthcare operations, HIM, or a large-scale production environment • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop people leaders • Ability to use metrics and dashboards for operational decision-making • Strong understanding of HIPAA and regulated workflows • Problem-solving ability and responsiveness to operational fluctuations • Ability to identify process improvement needs and solutions • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with NOC, Workforce Planning, Training, and Shared Services • ROI workflow or EMR systems experience is a bonus • Multi-site team leadership experience is a bonus • Lean or continuous improvement methodology experience is a bonus • This job is not eligible for employment sponsorship • May require post-offer health screenings and proof or completion of vaccinations depending on client requirements
