📋 Description

• Function as the support arm to the sales lead for OLLY, Welly, and SmartyPants • Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with Costco merchandising and buying teams • Mine customer, shopper-insight, and syndicated data to provide actionable insights for the 4Ps • Pull, interpret, and provide insights around key sales data to inform item-level forecasts • Prepare analytics-based storytelling presentations with the analytics team • Monitor competitive brands, products, market share, and shopper trends • Build feature and display plans to drive growth for Costco and the business • Track new item launches at retail to ensure speed to shelf and item success • Build selling decks and materials for customer meetings, sell-in stories, and quarterly meetings • Maintain weekly reporting tools and dashboards for key customers • Evaluate sales, share goals, and competitive performance • Support ad hoc Costco business requests • Manage deductions with the internal team • Own full item management responsibility for Costco

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Account Management, or Retail Buying within CPG • Strong understanding of Costco’s go-to-market strategy • Ability to convert information, numbers, and data into actionable growth insights • Proven ability to identify, articulate, and propose solutions that solve problems and drive results • Results-oriented and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently, with potential for increased responsibility • Solid written and verbal communication skills and ability to give and receive effective feedback • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and comfort in a deadline-driven environment • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and syndicated database skills, including Nielsen, IRI, and Numerator • Experience working with IRI data reporting, Luminate, and Nielsen • Passion for building a transformational brand • Ability to work cross-functionally as a team player • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
