📋 Description

• Lead planning, delivery, and adoption of enhancements, optimization efforts, and transformational initiatives across Epic digital population health applications • Advance the digital front door and patient engagement strategy through seamless digital experiences spanning patient access, communication, engagement, and longitudinal health management • Lead the evolution of population health applications supporting proactive care management, quality performance, and value-based care outcomes • Drive improvements through project delivery, workflow redesign, platform optimization, automation, and modernization • Partner with Population Health, Clinical, Access, operational leaders, and IT peers to translate priorities into roadmaps, funded initiatives, and measurable outcomes • Provide direct leadership and accountability for assigned teams, services, or functional areas • Set priorities and manage daily execution • Supervise, assign work, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and support staff development • Manage operational issues, incidents, and service disruptions, escalating as necessary • Ensure assigned services comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field required, or equivalent substantial progressive work experience, certifications, and education • ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire • Active Epic certification in at least one of: MyChart, Healthy Planet, Cheers, HIM • Minimum of five years of combined IT/Healthcare experience • Minimum of three years of experience managing IT Infrastructure
