📋 Description

• Schedule depositions and other legal proceedings in complex, confidential U.S. cases and remote proceedings • Establish and maintain client relationships by responding to telephone and email inquiries • Arrange logistical services and address last-minute client needs • Monitor the Scheduling email folder and prioritize case-managed and complex requests • Assist with prompt resolution of same-day job issues • Enter detailed job, firm, contact, and case data into Reporter Base • Reserve conference rooms and meeting locations • Coordinate with the Calendar department to assign and rearrange resources • Send confirmations and job updates to clients and resources • Perform quality-control checks on team members’ work • Communicate case and job details to other departments and within Scheduling • Assist with colleague training and serve as a resource for team members • Document standing orders and save order forms to case files • Facilitate electronic exhibit sharing for remote/virtual depositions

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree • Minimum of 4 years in a customer service and/or legal environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Computer savvy and comfortable using various software programs • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe products • Previous remote work experience • Strong attention to detail • Team-spirited, positive personality • Ability to work in a professional and confidential environment • Availability for the required non-negotiable Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm ET schedule after 2–3 months of training • Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET for approximately 2–3 months
