📋 Description

• Own the systems that determine in real time how Mission Lane cards function, reporting to the TSYS Principal Platform Manager • Monitor, configure, and optimize authorization settings, decline rates, and transaction matching across TSYS (TS2) and Visa • Partner with Fraud on token lifecycle, authorization settings, stand-in processing logic, virtual card management, and over-limit authorization policies • Partner with Product on transaction and authorization data mapping across app, web, and agent experiences, and token provisioning enhancements • Maintain operational infrastructure including authorization monitoring dashboards, Snowflake queries, TSYS authorization log translation, and TS2 configuration and deployment • Develop standardized testing approaches for authorization and transaction changes, including testing workbooks and release rigor • Conduct discovery work to understand platform capabilities and help shape the execution roadmap • Provide TS2 Terms, Statements, and Cards support when the primary team needs it • Serve as an internal subject-matter expert for authorization and transaction questions • Present recommendations to leadership and vendors such as TSYS • Create documentation when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, hands-on expertise in TSYS TS2 authorization and transaction processing • Track record of proactively solving complex platform problems with limited management oversight • Experience working across Fraud, Product, Engineering, and similar teams, translating platform complexity so others can act on it • Strong communication skills in group settings and with vendors and leadership • Ability to develop and present recommendations independently • Experience building or maintaining authorization monitoring, alerting, and reporting infrastructure • Experience developing and executing testing plans for platform changes in a fast-moving environment • Ability to travel approximately 4–6 times per year for high-quality in-person collaboration • Experience optimizing digital wallet and token provisioning configurations preferred • SQL proficiency for authorization data analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting preferred • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence preferred • Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship
