📋 Description

• Define annual learning priorities aligned with business needs, operational changes, and teammate development goals • Develop and maintain the roadmap for continuous education initiatives, learning campaigns, and knowledge-reinforcement activities • Coordinate roadmap execution across stakeholders and subject matter areas • Evaluate emerging education needs and recommend updates to learning priorities • Maintain visibility into initiative status, dependencies, risks, and upcoming deliverables • Coordinate development, maintenance, and refresh of continuous education curriculum, job aids, and learning resources • Partner with subject matter experts to translate education needs into learning solutions • Ensure learning content is accurate, current, accessible, and operationally aligned • Apply adult learning principles to learning experiences • Coordinate content review and approval • Develop and execute knowledge-reinforcement strategies after initial onboarding • Coordinate timely learning opportunities supporting teammate performance and readiness • Use learning campaigns, facilitated experiences, job aids, and other reinforcement methods • Monitor learner participation and feedback • Promote awareness of continuous education offerings with leaders and stakeholders • Track participation, learner feedback, knowledge retention, and available business outcomes • Review learning and performance data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements • Communicate program findings and recommendations to stakeholders • Establish practical success measures for continuous education programs and campaigns • Serve as a primary learning partner for ongoing teammate education • Identify performance gaps and education needs with operational leaders, subject matter experts, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders • Translate needs into coordinated learning strategies and solutions • Communicate learning priorities, progress, outcomes, and recommendations • Coordinate development, implementation, and evaluation of the annual assessment • Review assessment findings to identify knowledge gaps and continuous education opportunities • Recommend learning or reinforcement activities based on assessment results • Evaluate and improve the assessment process for future cycles • Work with Team Altitude leadership to execute strategy and own the governance process

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting learning and development, training, curriculum development, program coordination, or a related function • Experience applying adult learning principles in a workplace learning environment • Experience developing or maintaining curriculum, job aids, learning resources, or facilitated learning experiences • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and deliverables • Experience reviewing basic data and feedback to recommend program improvements • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills • Travel 1–2 times per year to Denver, Colorado is required • Instruction design experience preferred • Corporate and/or adult training experience preferred • Preferred: experience supporting continuous education, knowledge reinforcement, or post-onboarding learning programs • Preferred: experience developing and executing an annual learning roadmap • Preferred: experience coordinating assessments, knowledge checks, or competency-validation activities • Preferred: facilitation experience or exposure to motivational interviewing • Preferred: experience partnering with operational leaders, Quality Assurance teams, and subject matter experts • Preferred: relevant subject matter expertise within the supported business area • Preferred: experience measuring learner participation, knowledge retention, feedback, or learning impact
