📋 Description

• Support, enhance, and measure efforts intended to improve patient safety and clinical outcomes • Support DaVita’s clinical and infection prevention strategy through project management and analysis • Contribute to departmental and operational goals • Pull and compile data and clinical measures • Execute scalable innovation projects and change initiatives advancing DaVita’s multi-year clinical goals • Partner with diverse enterprise teams to manage initiative timelines • Produce analytical insights across a broad range of clinical initiatives • Work with Infection Prevention Managers, Clinical SMEs, and the Infection Management Team
