📋 Description

• Partner with diverse teams across the enterprise to produce analytical insights supporting analytical products for clinical initiatives • Develop and execute work plans for high-complexity projects related to clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk mitigation • Gather requirements and design and build ETL processes, user interfaces, and reports • Build and test reports • Mine and manage data for analysis and reporting using multiple computational languages, platforms, and environments • Provide clinical insights and data trends to support projects • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand priorities driving business decisions • Serve as a subject matter expert for data domains • Manage junior analysts, guide their portfolios, and support their development • Support administrative requests for direct reports • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing and executing work plans for high-complexity clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk mitigation projects • Requirements gathering • Designing and building ETL • Designing user interfaces • Building and testing reports • Ability to utilize multiple computational languages, platforms, and environments to mine and manage data • Ability to provide clinical insights and identify data trends • Ability to partner with diverse enterprise teams and stakeholders • Subject matter expertise for data domains • Experience managing or guiding junior analysts • Ability to support administrative needs of direct reports
