• Provide HR leadership to a number of business units at the Davita Medical Group national headquarters • Consistently exhibit behavior and communication skills that demonstrate DaVita's commitment to superior customer service • Use, protect, and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) according to HIPAA standards • Execute people strategies, programs, and initiatives that support business strategies • Develop and maintain an understanding of the healthcare industry and the DMG business model • Build effective and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and clients • Coach business leaders on people policies, programs, and processes • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues • Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Master's Degree, MBA • SPHR, SHRM-SCP certification • 5-7 years of management experience in large, dynamic organizations • Knowledge of specific HR related law and regulations • Experience in managing competing priorities • Proven ability to work collaboratively • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively within a fast paced business environment • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Interviewing and interpersonal skills.
