📋 Description

• Create and execute multiple programs and project work plans for high-impact nursing initiatives • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to develop and scale solutions • Keep executive stakeholders informed of project status • Scope project deliverables and goals and determine resource needs • Create and update project plans to achieve key milestones • Prioritize and delegate work across project teams • Remove project obstacles independently • Communicate updates to director and VP stakeholders • Recommend project scope, KPIs, and reporting design • Lead teams in analyzing and interpreting data for project direction and experiments • Perform analyses and quality assurance of others' work • Present information concisely and facilitate effective meetings • Navigate challenging situations and escalate issues appropriately • Make project decisions and recommendations to leaders • Set expectations, hold project teams accountable, and escalate through the matrix structure • Build collaborative partnerships across departments • Contribute to team culture, workload balance, and wellness

• Ability to create and execute program and project work plans • Ability to scope deliverables, goals, and resource requirements • Ability to create and update project plans with limited guidance • Ability to prioritize and delegate work across project teams • Ability to analyze and interpret data for insights and project decisions • Ability to recommend KPIs and reporting designs • Ability to perform analyses and quality assurance of others' work • Ability to communicate effectively with director and VP stakeholders • Ability to present information concisely and adapt explanations to the audience • Ability to facilitate meetings with objectives and agendas • Ability to make project decisions and recommendations using sound judgment • Ability to manage sensitive topics with discretion • Ability to build collaborative partnerships across departments • Must complete pre-employment substance abuse testing and background verification checks
