📋 Description

• Deliver informal and formal learning solutions using engaging and effective methods • Prepare for and conduct in-person, virtual, and self-paced training sessions • Encourage participation and build learner motivation • Demonstrate WECARE behaviors • Adapt to different communication and learning styles • Deliver constructive feedback and coaching to support professional growth and role performance • Participate in training projects and activities • Use learning metrics and analytics to measure learning impact • Collaborate with leadership, program sponsors, Quality Oversight, and other resources • Analyze and interpret audit data to identify trends and opportunities • Use the ONEReg audit tool to audit Track teammates' work for accuracy and process adherence • Maintain detailed records of audits and coaching sessions • Assist in designing and developing informal and formal learning solutions • Maintain and develop instructional training materials • Assist in developing targeted workshops • Coordinate BDP updates and develop new processes based on team opportunities or industry changes • Assist with onboarding activities for new teammates • Review new hire lists and coordinate onboarding and learning advisor activities • Update dashboards, calendars, new hire lists, and teammate trackers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of One (1) year of Registration/Insurance Verification experience • Strong knowledge of internal Registration processes/BDPs and DaVita Policies and Procedures • Effective training and presentation skills • Passion for training and people development • Effective planning and time management skills • Independent judgement and decision-making skills • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding teammate performance • Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled • Preferred: Experience in training, coaching, auditing or process development • Preferred: Knowledge or experience working with a variety of healthcare insurance payers • Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint
