📋 Description

• Promote the Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels • Engage customers regularly in live, face-to-face and virtual settings • Launch new products • Develop strategies to manage business relationships and secure formulary access • Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives • Develop and implement business and territory call plans • Identify and implement live and virtual customer engagement strategies • Build customer relationships and rapport • Use digital tools and platforms for customer engagement • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities • Use approved disease-state information and patient resources compliantly • Analyze market barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other channels • Collaborate compliantly with Field Medical, Account Management, and cross-functional colleagues • Complete administrative tasks, including customer call entry, expense submission, and responding to internal requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership or entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service and/or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, educator roles, or full-time military experience • Alternative: associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience • Alternative: high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical related marketing preferred • Prior vaccines experience strongly preferred • Experience with vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
