📋 Description

• Own and independently manage the complete Salesforce release lifecycle, including packaging, deployments, and releases • Manage code repositories such as GitHub and Azure DevOps • Advise business and technology teams on system architecture, data structures, and new feature implementation • Design and maintain Salesforce profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access controls • Track seasonal Salesforce releases, assess configuration impacts, and prepare the platform and team for updates • Design, build, and maintain customer-facing portals and internal sites using Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud • Maintain user accounts, create advanced reports and dashboards, and build complex Salesforce Flow automations • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Manage projects from conception through testing and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required • Demonstrated real-world competency across all Salesforce Certified Administrator exam domains • 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator • Deep expertise with Change Sets, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CLI deployments • Experience managing release processes and deployment tools • Proven hands-on experience designing, configuring, and managing Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud sites • Extensive experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce security models • Experience advising on data architecture and data modeling • Proficiency with Salesforce Flow for complex process automation • Experience in small, agile companies and working independently with minimal supervision • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus • Experience with Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein is highly desirable
