📋 Description

• Manage the financial management of existing integrated kidney care programs • Underwrite new value-based care contracts • Manage a small but growing actuarial analyst team • Complete annual program financial reconciliations • Model the economics of new contracts • Develop enterprise risk management capabilities • Apply predictive models • Research health care industry trends • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations • Manage program financial reconciliations and monitor developing program experience • Analyze drivers of program performance and communicate results to leadership and internal stakeholders • Apply actuarial underwriting principles to value-based contracting, including baseline and trend calculations • Create and manage internal performance benchmarks • Lead actuarial process and capability development • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing a small but growing actuarial analyst team • Experience completing annual program financial reconciliations • Experience modeling the economics of new contracts • Experience developing enterprise risk management capabilities • Knowledge of predictive models • Knowledge of health care industry trends • Ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations • Actuarial underwriting principles • Baseline and trend calculations • Ability to work with internal performance benchmarks • Ability to lead actuarial process and capability development
