📋 Description

• Lead the Learning Operations function, strategic direction, and technical innovations • Ensure logistics planning and execution for learning programs advance the Village learning strategy • Partner with business lanes, program owners, and key stakeholders to drive capability and business outcomes • Oversee capacity and performance of Learning Operations team resources • Fulfill logistical and communication needs for program delivery • Ensure logistical quality, standards, and innovation for in-person and virtual programs, digital assets, and LMS/LXP administration • Own centralized standards, processes, and templates for the master delivery calendar, communications, venue contracting, and budgeting • Develop and own partnerships with business lanes and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple business lanes and schools • Manage the performance and development of direct reports • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a Learning Operations function and team • Ability to provide strategic direction and technical innovation for learning program operations • Experience with logistics planning and execution for learning programs • Ability to partner with business lanes, program owners, and key stakeholders • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple business lanes and schools • Experience overseeing team capacity and performance • Experience with in-person and virtual programs, digital assets, and LMS/LXP administration • Knowledge of centralized standards, processes, and templates for delivery calendars, communications, venue contracting, and budgeting • Experience managing performance and development of direct reports • Qualified applicants must satisfy applicable work authorization and background verification requirements
