📋 Description

• Provide daily supervision, direction, mentoring, coaching, and performance management to teammates • Ensure high-quality customer service according to department and company policy • Monitor team productivity and progress of assigned job functions • Determine staffing plans for effective use of teammates • Establish, communicate, and ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved • Address teammate relations issues and escalate to the manager as necessary • Assist with hiring, promotions, performance evaluations, PTO, and disciplinary actions • Write and conduct annual Performance Development Reviews (PDRs) • Maintain teammate records in compliance with DaVita policies and applicable laws • Communicate DaVita policies and procedures • Recruit teammates with People Services and the manager • Lead or participate in special projects • Liaise between the data analytics team and other departments • Support the analytics team manager with business acumen and technical knowledge • Provide project updates to the manager • Assist with CQI projects and business effectiveness/efficiency initiatives • Identify system and process improvement opportunities and make recommendations • Perform root cause analysis on large datasets and create detailed reports • Report performance metrics to senior leadership • Maintain reporting continuity, integrity, and communication among analytical departments • Champion DaVita’s Mission and Values • Attend meetings, phone conferences, and training • Travel up to 5% • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Supervisory experience demonstrating willingness, desire, and ability to supervise, with aptitude for coaching, mentoring, training, and developing teammate skills • Willingness and desire to create a team learning environment and foster a positive, fulfilling work environment • Ability to balance department efficiency and service excellence • Ability to assist teammates to achieve departmental goals • Demonstrated teambuilding and leadership skills • Critical thinking and ability to perform root cause analysis, draw conclusions, solve problems, prepare and implement action plans, and lead improvement initiatives • High degree of initiative, urgency, attention to detail, and follow-through • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated project management and/or consultative skills • Ability to complete projects with tight deadlines and time constraints • Strong time management skills and ability to manage/lead multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a multi-site environment • Ability to function independently and as a member of a cross-functional group • Ability to own and be responsible for key projects and processes • Ability to make timely and quality decisions • Ability to influence peers and build relationships across departments/teams while holding peers accountable • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
