📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day supervision to the Transplant Liaison Team • Organize, monitor, evaluate, and manage workflow • Lead internal and external meetings with DVA and Non-DVA partners • Conduct formal and ad hoc training on processes • Lead the team in driving program outcomes and metrics • Provide leadership to direct reports • Develop and foster a positive, fulfilling work environment • Manage teammate employment activities, including hiring, promoting, job performance, and disciplinary actions, with appropriate approvals • Address teammate relations issues appropriately and promptly • Facilitate teammate development through IDPs, PDRs, coaching, mentoring, and training • Collaborate with direct reports to create professional development goals • Review and approve time for non-exempt direct reports • Track overtime, attendance, and PTO • Attend and/or lead team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed • Oversee and optimize daily operations of the Transplant Liaison Program • Manage resources, develop the team, and coordinate clinical care • Improve waitlist management, transplant rates, and equitable access to resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in computer skills and with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgement • Ability to lead a team and provide work direction • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Knowledge and understanding of basic wage & hour laws, federal, state, and local laws and regulations
