📋 Description

• Contribute actively to the creative team • Take responsibility for concept and art/design development across projects of varying complexity and scope • Liaise between creative and junior/mid-level account team members • Address strategic and creative expectations • Ensure work reaches its full potential and adheres to brand standards • Ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels • Present and defend work internally and externally • Monitor direct reports’ workload and intervene when necessary to protect quality and timelines • Lead and elevate design/art direction across the team • Estimate hours for oneself and direct reports • Distill complex scientific information into compelling, clear data visualizations • Mentor and grow junior team members • Work closely with planning, UX, and development to ensure team alignment • Build relationships with creative, account management, product management, production, studio, and cross-functional teams • Present and help sell ideas to clients • Volunteer for new business efforts • Apply accessibility best practices • Support and elevate creative work using emerging AI tools • Demonstrate inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience • Ability to lead and elevate art/design across the team • Ability to provide constructive feedback to junior-level creatives • Strong conceptual skills and ability to develop varied creative solutions • Experience leading art direction across projects, scopes, complexities, and channels • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign required • Ability to execute design work across digital and print formats • Proficiency in estimating individual hours for oneself and direct reports • Advanced design principles for translating complex scientific information into clear data visualizations • Mastery of file-building/management best practices and The One Intouch Process • Knowledge of accessibility best practices • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members • Growing knowledge of clients’ business and business impact • Ability to collaborate with planning, UX, and development • Experience developing multichannel creative demonstrating conceptual thinking, strategic/business acumen, and finely crafted designs • Wide range of industry experience, including launches and label updates • Interest and experience leveraging emerging AI tools • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements across communication channels • Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles • Portfolio displaying mastery in multichannel creative
