📋 Description

• Lead art direction and execution of integrated campaigns across assigned pharma and healthcare brands, keeping every deliverable aligned to brand strategy and client objectives • Partner with Copy Supervisors and cross-functional teams to build creative that balances storytelling with scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance • Mentor Art Directors and Designers with direction, feedback, and opportunities to grow • Present creative concepts to clients and internal teams, owning the strategic rationale behind the work • Guide projects from concept through final production while maintaining craft and consistency • Translate clinical data, customer insights, and market trends into visual work across print, digital, social, and omnichannel • Explore new creative approaches and technologies • Own pitch decks from blank page to final send, working across teams to identify and refine key insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience • 5 years of advertising agency experience; pharma or healthcare marketing preferred • Portfolio showing conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work across print, digital, social, and omnichannel • Strong visual storytelling instincts grounded in branding, typography, layout, and design fundamentals • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable defending creative rationale to clients directly • Proven experience mentoring creative talent while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud • Working knowledge of pharma regulatory review (FDA, OPDP, PAAB, ASC) • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus • Copy of work portfolio required for later interview stages • Familiarity with PowerPoint, Slides, and InDesign
