📋 Description

• Conduct regular individual and/or group supervision sessions with Residents in Counseling • Review and sign off on treatment plans, progress notes, assessments, and other clinical documentation • Guide case conceptualization and support clinical decision-making on complex or high-risk cases • Track and document supervision hours • Provide real-time consultation and support for crisis or risk situations • Collaborate with school counselors and district partners to ensure continuity of care • Lead case consultations and training sessions • Provide ongoing feedback on residents' performance, including input toward licensure readiness • Contribute to Daybreak Health's clinical supervision practices and training curriculum

🎯 Requirements

• Fully licensed LPC with active approval from the Virginia Board of Counseling to supervise Residents in Counseling • Conduct supervision in accordance with Virginia Board of Counseling requirements • Meet Virginia licensure requirements for tracking and documenting supervision hours
