📋 Description

• Interface regularly with the Director of Player Development to align on priorities and tasks • Analyze and chart game and practice video • Generate large and sophisticated datasets • Communicate and present findings • Develop impactful reports, presentations, and ongoing results • Collaborate on new research opportunities across various functions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a passion for basketball and sports • Readily accessible and responsive to communication and requests • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Desire to manage tasks or projects to completion without reminders • Ability to deliver an outstanding work product on time • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to deliver clear and effective messages to a variety of partners • Some experience with video analysis platforms such as Hudl, Sportscode, Creator, etc. is a plus • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately • Ability to maintain professional conduct at all times • Availability for work on short notice, evenings, weekends, and holidays
