📋 Description

• Facilitate the daily flow of information between customers and service providers • Manage customer requirements and expectations at both a general and job-specific level • Coordinate change management for active jobs by tracking revisions • Manage the customer setup process and ongoing account maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills • Highly organized approach to managing multiple jobs simultaneously • Ability to interpret construction documentation and translate requirements into clear pre-construction notes and takeoff-ready inputs • Proficiency with common business systems and job tracking tools (CRM, ticketing, spreadsheets) • Detail-oriented with strong written documentation skills
