📋 Description

• Own total cost-of-care analytics across all payer contracts, including PMPM, utilization, and service grouper categories on Tuva infrastructure • Develop shared savings calculations, baseline and trend construction, and member mix and service mix adjustment approaches • Translate the clinical model’s effectiveness into outputs that improve the care model and attribute program value for plan partners • Lead reporting with payer partners and serve as Daymark's analytical counterpart to plan medical economics and actuarial teams • Build and own internal and external reporting infrastructure, including payer-facing savings dashboards and internal trend and utilization reports • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on data model and agentic workflow development • Lead Daymark's medical economics AI strategy and identify high-value LLM and agentic workflow use cases • Build AI tooling infrastructure and agentic EHR monitoring workflows for proactive care pathway identification • Support claims-based opportunity assessments for new payer partnerships • Serve as Daymark's analytical voice in payer negotiations • Collaborate with the actuary and finance team on modeling, trending, and actuarial review

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with total cost-of-care analytics across payer contracts • Experience with PMPM, utilization, and service grouper categories • Experience building shared savings calculations, baselines, trends, and member/service mix adjustments • Experience with payer reporting and collaborating with medical economics and actuarial teams • Experience building reporting stacks and savings dashboards • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering on data models and agentic workflows • Knowledge of LLMs, AI strategy, claims analytics, and reporting automation • Experience building AI tooling infrastructure and agentic EHR monitoring workflows • Experience with claims-based opportunity assessments, cost and utilization benchmarking, and savings lever identification • Ability to defend savings estimates, attribution methodology, and contract terms in payer negotiations • Ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor in a lean, fast-growing function
