📋 Description

• Fundraise by phone for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center through DCM, a professional fundraising firm • Call donors on behalf of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center • Inspire donors to support cancer research and patient care • Convincingly read from a script and close donations • Provide high-quality customer service • Complete mandatory paid training • Apply by phone and through the DCM careers website

🎯 Requirements

• Successful fundraising background • Ability to close donations • Computer savvy with proficiency on multiple softwares/platforms • Ability to follow directions and convincingly read from a script • High-quality customer service attitude • Must have a computer or laptop with headset or headphones and good internet connection • Persistent, diligent work ethic; self-motivated while being a team player • Must be working from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Illinois, or California (Los Angeles and San Diego only) • Minimum 16 hours per week across 4 full shifts; maximum 20 hours per week • Availability for specified EST shifts
