📋 Description

• Design and build learner-centered blended learning experiences, including instructor-led training, e-learning, interactive scenarios, simulations, and multimedia assets • Focus learning design on practice, behavioral application, and measurable real-world performance • Research end-user needs, problems being solved, and learning contexts • Maintain understanding of target behaviors and competencies throughout the design process • Apply SAM1 for small projects and SAM2 for complex projects using iterative evaluate-design-develop loops • Use Action Mapping to connect learning design to business goals and observable performance gaps • Contribute to leadership development simulations and scenario-based learning with branching narratives, scored decisions, and facilitator-supported formats • Leverage AI tools for prompt engineering, content drafting, QA review, personalization, and emerging agentic workflows • Produce mobile-first, accessible, responsive content and validate it across devices and assistive technologies • Implement and validate xAPI and SCORM packaging and support learning data collection • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, engineers, and senior designers through Design Proof, Alpha, Beta, and Gold review cycles • Create and maintain learning plans documenting performance gaps, behavioral shifts, objectives, measurement plans, and objective-to-treatment linkage • Participate in design sprints, pilots, user testing, and review sessions • Apply WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and inclusive design principles • Monitor emerging technologies, EdTech trends, and learning science research • Support documentation of design standards, templates, and reusable patterns • Manage assigned projects according to requirements, timelines, and specifications with guidance from senior team members • Report to the Director of Content Innovation and Leadership Development

🎯 Requirements

• B.S./B.A. or higher • 1–3 years of experience in designing digital or blended learning products across delivery modalities • Experience applying iterative instructional design methodologies, including SAM, design thinking, or agile/sprint-based design • Experience building interactive learning content using rapid authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or equivalent • Experience working with AI tools for content creation, review, or prototyping • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, product teams, and stakeholders through structured review and feedback cycles • Experience producing mobile-responsive, accessible digital content • Portfolio demonstrating completed learning modules, interactive scenarios, or simulation content • Familiarity with xAPI, SCORM, LRS/LMS reporting, and learning measurement approaches • Comfort working in AI-augmented workflows and using generative AI • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Problem-solving, design thinking, and critical analysis skills • Initiative, curiosity, and ability to work independently while seeking feedback and coaching • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and deliver within tight timeframes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, e-learning authoring tools, and learning management systems • Preferred: experience in leadership behavior change, leadership development, or leadership consulting • Preferred: experience with SAM1/SAM2 or iterative prototype-driven design • Preferred: exposure to simulation design, branching scenarios, or gamified learning • Preferred: experience with Replit, Miro, Xyleme, or other rapid prototyping and collaboration tools • Preferred: familiarity with xAPI statement design, learning analytics dashboards, or LRS configuration • Preferred: understanding of behavior change science, action mapping, or performance consulting frameworks • Preferred: experience in SaaS, product, or enterprise content environments • Preferred: relevant L&D certifications such as CPTD or ATD
