📋 Description

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, webinars, and workshops • Communicate with participants and trainers • Track and monitor participation, attendance, and training completion rates • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness • Provide logistical support for training events, including managing materials and virtual meeting platforms • Review, catalog, and update existing training materials • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update instructional content, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments • Gather and incorporate feedback to improve learning content • Manage day-to-day LMS operations, including course uploads, user management, troubleshooting, and reporting • Keep the LMS current with training offerings and resources • Monitor learner progress and generate usage reports • Provide technical support and guidance to LMS learners and administrators • Collaborate with IT to address system issues and implement enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design, or a related field, or relevant professional experience • 1-2 years of experience in training coordination, project management, or LMS administration • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Absorb) and experience in managing course content • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards • Experience with survey and evaluation tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Google Forms) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented and comfortable with troubleshooting technical issues • Team player with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn • Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving technology • Passion for learning and professional development • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • High-speed internet required for remote work; cable or fiber only with Ethernet capability • Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use)
