📋 Description

• Support the development and delivery of organizational change management plans for smaller projects with lower change impacts • Assist in addressing the people side of change, including processes, systems, and technology adjustments • Aid in creating and disseminating educational content • Assist with delivering classroom and virtual training to technical audiences of various experience levels under supervision • Provide support for course development efforts, including research and content review • Help maintain teaching material and lab exercises • Assist with updates for curricula and collateral • Support delivery of basic training sessions and workshops • Participate in structured change management approaches and assist in change plan development • Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues • Work on problems of limited scope and follow detailed instructions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of one year proven experience • Experience supporting classroom and virtual training for technical audiences • Ability to support course development, including research and content review • Ability to maintain teaching material and lab exercises • Ability to assist with curriculum and collateral updates • Ability to participate in structured change management approaches and change plan development
