📋 Description

• Execute assigned data science projects involving advanced modeling and analysis • Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models, including regression, classification, clustering and forecasting • Explore data, prototype models and validate approaches using interactive development environments • Interpret model outputs and translate findings into actionable stakeholder insights • Use AI tools and LLMs for analysis, code generation and research • Assist in building AI-enabled workflows and components • Contribute to development and maintenance of data science products, models, pipelines and reporting • Support model training, evaluation and output-generation workflows • Document data science processes, model assumptions and system behavior • Generate reporting and analysis for product performance monitoring • Clean, transform and prepare structured and unstructured datasets • Write SQL and Python transformations and work with Snowflake and dbt workflows • Assist with data pipelines and exploratory data analysis • Follow version control, documentation, testing and reproducibility practices • Validate datasets, model outputs and reporting results • Participate in code reviews • Communicate findings and progress with team members and stakeholders • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers and business partners • Build business understanding of how data science supports decision-making • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 0–2 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles, or an advanced degree • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency • Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to learn • Strong foundational programming skills in Python; familiarity with R is a plus • Basic understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational data systems • Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or modern data platforms is a plus • Exposure to version control practices such as Git and development workflows • Familiarity with data science libraries such as scikit-learn and pandas is a plus • Exposure to AI tools and prompt engineering concepts is a plus • Critical thinking, agility, initiative, attention to detail and willingness to learn • Ability to continuously view and input to a computer screen • Ability to sit for long periods of time • Travel as necessary, less than 10% • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
