📋 Description

• Own the client relationship and accounting delivery for a Decimal franchise location • Serve as the client's primary point of contact and provide expert guidance • Direct the analyst team's work • Serve as the operational lead on accounting delivery with the Firm Principal/Franchise Owner • Oversee accounting operations for multiple clients • Apply a technology-first mindset to problem-solving • Direct and review analyst work across A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, and adjusting journal entries • Identify opportunities for automation, delegation, and process improvement • Flag strategic items to the Firm Principal/Franchise Owner • Prepare and review general ledger entries and supporting documentation • Perform, analyze, and review balance sheet reconciliations • Research and resolve general ledger questions • Escalate client-relationship matters to the Firm Principal/Franchise Owner as needed • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines are met • Participate in a five-round interview process

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of public accounting or full-cycle accounting experience • Minimum of 2+ years of client relationship management experience • Minimum of 2+ years of Quickbooks Online (QBO) experience required • Experience with cloud accounting tools like Bill.com, Ramp, etc. is a plus • Prior experience working with multiple clients • Ability to communicate with clients and team members clearly and effectively • Strong analytical skills • Top-notch Google-it problem-solving skills • Interest in working with the latest technology • Willingness to challenge established processes • Take-home technical accounting assessment as part of the interview process • Must answer whether employment sponsorship in the United States will be required • Must provide current city, state, and country of residence
