📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles to meet hiring objectives • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using sourcing strategies and existing talent networks • Develop and maintain sourcing funnels through talent pools, market mapping, and competitor analysis • Partner with business leaders and HR and Compensation stakeholders on recruitment strategies • Monitor market trends and industry standards to identify competitive sourcing strategies • Apply knowledge of business functions to recruit candidates aligned with Deckers Brands’ core values • Ensure a positive, efficient, and candidate-centric hiring experience • Contribute to the Global Talent Acquisition & People Experience team’s strategic initiatives and global programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a matrixed environment • Expertise in consultative support combining strategic insight and operational execution • Proven track record in a fast-paced, diverse corporate environment • Experience recruiting for Product Creation roles for Performance and Fashion Footwear and Apparel • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence senior hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process • Must reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, or Washington • Pacific Time Zone preferred
