📋 Description

• Handle support tickets and monitoring events within the Operations team at 2nd- and 3rd-level support • Independently administer customer systems remotely • Perform error analysis and troubleshooting • Design and implement optimization measures • Perform system updates in coordination with customers across various technologies and the Orbis® hospital information system • Collaborate with project management, external vendors, and colleagues from other specialist departments • Implement extensions and upgrades to the existing IT infrastructure • Support troubleshooting and performance analysis • Assume overall technical responsibility within the project

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a completed technical degree • Solid knowledge in some of the following areas, or the motivation to acquire the relevant expertise: Linux/Unix, Windows, Citrix, Oracle, Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, VMware, storage systems, and cluster technologies • High degree of reliability • Confident and professional customer interaction • Strong customer and service orientation • Independent and goal-oriented approach to work • Good communication skills • Strong team orientation and resilience under pressure • Very good German skills • Good English skills • Application must include a cover letter stating salary expectations, CV, and certificates
