📋 Description

• Process orders • Conduct phone triage for patients throughout the country via telemedicine • Walk patients through self-administering injections • Take incoming calls in the medical staff queue • Complete letters of medical necessity and travel letters • Communicate via email and phone with providers, patients, and staff • Assist patients with ordering products • Send C/O through the Med portal • Explain treatment procedures to patients and provide follow-up education • Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls • Multitask using EMR, Med queue, and other systems

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Florida resident to apply • 1 + years' experience in healthcare setting required • 1+ years of experience in a Healthcare setting • Associate degree preferred but not required • Pharmaceutical experience encouraged • Proficient in medical terminology • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills via email and verbal • Proficient in computer skills (Outlook/Microsoft) and EMR systems • Multitasking and system navigation skills • Coachable and a team player • Training availability for 4–6 weeks from 8:00am–4:45pm • Availability for one of the listed Monday-Friday shifts
