📋 Description

• Lead product teams end-to-end • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Manage the complete product lifecycle • Create and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories • Write stories and manage the product backlog • Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Business, and IT teams • Manage stakeholders and communicate product priorities • Handle risks, issues, roadblocks, and strategy challenges • Translate business needs into technical and product solutions • Plan releases and ensure production readiness • Drive product execution and lifecycle activities end-to-end • Quickly understand the product space and work independently

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of IT / Digital Product Management experience • 5+ years in a true Product Manager role • Strong experience leading product teams end-to-end • Healthcare industry experience • Strong understanding of the complete product lifecycle • Hands-on experience with Epics, Features, and User Stories • Strong story writing and backlog management experience • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Business, and IT teams • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Experience handling risks, issues, roadblocks, and strategy challenges • Strong Agile / Scrum experience • Ability to translate business needs into technical/product solutions • Technical inclination with understanding of cloud platforms and product technologies • Experience with product execution, release planning, and production readiness • Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience preferred • Healthcare / Pharmacy domain experience preferred • CSPO / SAFe POPM certification preferred • UX / Design collaboration preferred • Product analytics, telemetry, and success metrics preferred • Long-term experience with an organization/product team • Ability to hit the ground running, understand the product space quickly, work independently, manage stakeholders, and drive the product lifecycle end-to-end
