📋 Description

• Deliver Smart Care solutions within timebound commitments to achieve business value • Create clarity around Squad priorities, expectations, and shared outcomes • Own and prioritize the product backlog while balancing near-term commitments and long-term value • Run day-to-day planning and Agile ceremonies and coordinate dependencies • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications with technical captains • Support engineering and data science teams by clarifying requirements and facilitating feasibility discussions • Facilitate cross-team problem solving and balance speed, scalability, and quality trade-offs • Align delivery plans with adjacent solutions to capture cross-portfolio value • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis • Collaborate with designers on UX flows, wireframes, and product designs • Define, monitor, and analyze product performance metrics • Support release-management frameworks • Develop strategies for proactive user support and issue resolution • Support business case development and roadmap planning with stakeholders and leadership • Influence decisions, build alignment, drive adoption, and facilitate continuous improvement • Identify applications of emerging analytics, data platform, AI/ML, and digital technologies • Evaluate and introduce tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve analytics product delivery and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management • 5+ years' experience running day-to-day product execution with Data Science and/or Engineering teams • 3+ years' experience working with SMEs to uncover nuances in ambiguous business problems and operational processes • 3+ years' experience with stakeholder management • 3+ years' demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in a complex environment • 2+ years' experience building capabilities leveraging AI, ML, or other advanced analytics • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Interest in leveraging new AI tools and technologies • Excellence in prioritization and aligning senior stakeholders on a unified vision • Strong Excel, SQL, analytics, and storytelling capability • Proven track record managing successful products through their lifecycle, especially from concept through launch
