📋 Description

• Manage programs and ensure excellence in order execution for top-tier clients • Manage the end-to-end process for new orders, reorders, and change requests • Perform transactional tasks associated with the end-to-end order process • Process new orders and reorders and ensure accurate, timely delivery • Act as a subject matter expert on promotional products, solutions, and technology offerings • Provide consulting and recommend solutions addressing client business needs • Manage relationships with one or more high-value/high-volume clients • Provide delivery-status updates and troubleshoot delivery issues • Escalate issues to management as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• HS/GED and 4 years of experience, or Tech Cert and 2 years of experience • Must be 18 years of age or older • 4 years of Customer Service experience, consulting with clients (preferred) • Highly developed knowledge of promotional products and solutions • Ability to provide solution recommendations and consult with clients • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Merchandising on non-standard proposals
