📋 Description

• Plan, budget and schedule facility modifications, including equipment, labor, materials and related cost estimates • Perform and/or oversee office relocations and closures across the HearingLife platform throughout the country • Coordinate external vendors including plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, locksmiths, roofers, handymen and landscapers • Ensure office issues are serviced, repaired and maintained in a timely manner • Partner with the internal Real Estate Department to resolve insurance claims • Oversee insurance-claim remediation through completion • Review and approve orders for services rendered • Move sound booths across the HearingLife platform • Break down sound booths and transfer them to requested destinations when applicable • Work independently and manage multiple responsibilities; the position has no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree preferred, or minimum of three years of Operational Management experience • Must have Project Management experience • 5+ years project management experience required • Proven experience as project manager • Familiarity with RFP bidding processes • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and/or CAD • Experience managing multiple vendors simultaneously • Familiarity with work request ticketing systems • In-depth understanding of procedures, materials and project management principles • Familiarity with HIPAA, ADA, health and safety standards • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills • Ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize and solve problems quickly • Ability to understand and communicate company policies and SOPs • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Leadership abilities and team-player orientation • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, customer-focused environment • Travel may be required up to 10% throughout the market
