📋 Description

• Represent Baxter’s outpatient care portfolio and build trust with doctors and nurses • Educate customers on legacy Welch Allyn product solution differentiators • Call on physicians, clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent cares, and IDNs • Work with distributor representatives and management to promote and sell monitoring, ophthalmic, ENT, blood pressure, cardiopulmonary, EENT supply, and physical assessment products • Partner with established distributor sales representatives by providing training, motivation, and supervision • Demonstrate, sell, and in-service medical equipment to physicians and staff • Increase new sales and profitable growth across the territory • Prepare and refine sales plans and forecasts for target market opportunities • Coordinate with technical and applications support resources to facilitate sales or sell repair contracts • Use marketing communications to optimize promotional, advertising, and trade show activity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience required • 3+ years of outside sales experience • Medical device experience preferred • Proven medical sales experience through distribution sales • Ability to empower distribution partners to success • Experience selling medical equipment with connectivity is desirable • Outstanding communication, negotiation, organizational, problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills • Up to 75% travel in territory • Potentially 6–8 overnights per month
